Fluent Motions Parkour was born from Taylor’s own journey. As a teen facing homelessness and uncertainty, Taylor discovered a parkour community in Montana that became a lifeline. A place to move, grow, and heal. That experience sparked a dream: to create a safe, welcoming space in Spokane where kids and adults could find the same mental and physical outlet that once helped him.
